At Empower Health Spa, we offer a variety of services to meet our clients' needs. We offer individual treatments and packages for most of our services. Our spa is located in Rogers, Arkansas on Pauline Whitaker Parkway. Depending on the service, the treatment or procedure will be performed by a licensed aesthetician and/or nurse. Some of our services can be booked on our online booking tool directly and some require a consultation before the service can be performed. FACIALS
We offer two Empower Health Spa facials including our Express and Signature Facials. Facials include multiple steps including cleanse, toner, mask, moisturizer, and other steps depending on the facial.
HYDROFACIAL
Hydrodermabrasion is the newest craze in skincare. Offering all the benefits of traditional crystal or diamond microdermabrasion without irritating sensitive skin.
VAMPIRE FACIAL
Vampire facials (also known as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Facials or PRP microneedling) involves a procedure that combines microneedling with platelet rich plasma infused into your skin. It stimulates natural healing and production of collagen.
MICRONEEDLING
Microneedling offers a minimally invasive way to achieve smoother, younger-looking skin. It targets concerns like wrinkles, scars, and stretch marks, and can even address some medical conditions.

hydrofacial or Hydrodermabrasion
Hydrodermabrasion or Hydrofacial is the latest in skincare and an alternative to microdermabrasion without the use of crystals or diamond tips to abrade the skin. Vampire facial | Platelet Rich Plasma Facial Or PRP Microneedling
PRP facials begin with a collection of the patient's blood. The blood sample is placed in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma from the other components of whole blood. This concentrates the platelet count. PRP is used like a serum and microneedled back into the skin using the microneedle pen.
